Julie Rackley, owner of Rackley Design is an academically trained interior designer, who uses her creativity and technical skills to provide functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions to interior design challenges.  She combines her experience and education to make positive changes in her client’s lives.  Her MBA gives her the financial understanding to formulate and work within a budget.  She believes in promoting sustainable design and building practices. 

Julie received her Interior Design Degree, with High Distinction from Bellevue College, a CIDA accredited program.  An award-winning designer, she has operated since 2004.

She has lived in many parts of the US and travelled extensively through-out Europe, and within Asia.  This exposure gives her a global perspective on design and contributes to her love of indigenous art and architecture.  Raised mainly on the coast of Southern California she loves color, this together with the strong influence of her favorite Post-Impressionist painters, contributes to her design aesthetic.  She frequently collaborates with other designers and artists to bring the best of design to her clients.
